Transforming Food Waste: Unleashing the Power of the Upcycled Food Movement
This August, we featured the work of the Upcycled Food Association and member companies, Kerry and Seven Sundays, to hear the climate and business opportunity. The Upcycled Food Association grounded attendees in the climate impacts of wasted food and opportunities for companies across the supply chain to get involved. Kerry shared how they are working with customers to accelerate the adoption of upcycled ingredients and innovation in the space. Lastly, Seven Sundays joined as a case study to highlight how companies can integrate upcycled ingredients into product design.
